Over the years, my work has evolved, and I am currently focusing on abstract mixed media pieces that tell stories. My use of shape, color, and often text and images brings a unique presence and perspective to my work. Layering paper and paint, and incorporating line and shape, create pieces that are striking. This new work, along with my more representational pieces, provides a wide range of work that appeals to a variety of audiences. My work also includes natural sculpture created from materials gathered from the outdoors, both natural and found.
