Deborah Fryer
Deborah Fryer, PhD, is a visual artist, award-winning filmmaker, author and educator specializing in intentional creativity, mindset, meditation, metacognition and neuroplasticity. She has a PhD in Comparative Literature from Princeton and brings decades of experience in mythology, storytelling and visual communication to her work. Her paintings explore energy, form and the liminal space between, weaving visual, emotional, narrative, and archetypal elements to invite deep connection with the invisible world.
Deborah has been teaching and practicing yoga and meditation for over thirty years. She continues to explore various states of consciousness and the nature of reality through her painting process, mapping inner emotional terrain and expressing it on the canvas. Through her Intentional Creativity classes, she guides others to use meditation, metacognition, and movement to rewire the brain for expanded perception, self-acceptance, healing and joy.
