Art has always been my passion. It makes me feel excited and energized. I love to explore the spectacular scenery in my surroundings of Colorado. I find inspiration through the amazing colors and textures in nature that I recreate. I am a Modern Impressionist and Mixed-Media Painter. Gorgeous papers that I have collected or created are included in many of my pieces. Thick, buttery paint accentuates the textures and highlights my subjects. Charcoal, pastels, and water-soluble crayons are also found within my work. Just like in nature, my artwork plays with light and drama, utilizing different materials to allow the viewer to experience the emotions and passions that can transport them to another place. I can create custom paintings and am always happy to bring pieces to your home or office to see how they fit in your space.
