"Mandala" is my most audacious piece to date, and most abstract, incorporating whole stamps and stamps from Japan, China, Mongolia to form a traditional "mandala" with a Bodhisattva in the middle. Slava Ukraini is my most political to date, being the image of a Ukrainian defender made from mostly Ukrainian stamps (war stamps form his helmet), but also incorporating historical stamps--the square stamp on the backpack is from 1919 when Western Ukraine was its own country for a brief period. Several of the other pieces are from my 22-piece set of Tarot Cards--the Major Arcana, and then there is the whimsical Alice and Friends, with stamps from Australia. I could talk for an hour about the stamps in each piece.
