I’m a mixed media collage artist based in Northern Colorado, creating visual stories of memory and emotion. Coming from a background in English literature and composition, I write my art, using collage as a narrative form where images become sentences and layers become meaning. My work serves as an entry point into stories that suggest inner dialogues, hidden meanings, and histories left untold.
I work in mixed media collage using a wide array of wet and dry media. My paper materials include a mix of contemporary elements and carefully sourced vintage photographs and ephemera. These elements carry with them the hint of lives once lived, offering both inspiration and dialogue within the work.
My intuitive style embraces contradiction: humor and melancholy, chaos and control, nostalgia and irreverence. Every piece is an invitation to pause and connect, both with the image and with one’s own experience.
