I’m inspired by the forms, communities and eco-systems around me: the crooked line of a tree branch, stinkbug eggs gingerly attached to the underside of garden leaves, and the relationships of humans with their environment. My preference for building materials are found objects and slow decomposing waste; specifically, rusty old parts from farmer’s forgotten piles. My goal is to creatively transform recycled materials using environmental and naturalistic themes, to help prioritize our focus on saving natural resources and habitats.
