Susan Lenoir
Hailing from Rochester Minnesota, Susan McHardy Lenoir landed in Boulder last summer after crisscrossing the country– more than once. Susan received her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Iowa State and her post-baccalaureate certification in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota. Creating and teaching art is her passion. She has taught art for all ages and currently teaches at The Pearl at Boulder Creek at Clearwater Living.
Susan started painting seriously in 2004. She works in watercolor and pastel and loves exploring the local countryside to plein air paint.
Susan enjoys giving back and has served as the Coordinator for the Tustin Art League for the past 9.5 years. She is an award-winning artist with artwork widely exhibited, collected by some, and often donated for non-profit fundraising.
When she’s not busy spending time with family, skiing, hiking, biking or volunteering Susan can be found plein air or studio painting.
