Groundworks Art Lab
Groundworks Art Lab provides hands-on art education for all ages and abilities by offering affordable, accessible programs in wood, metal, glass, print, and clay. We believe art is for everyone. Whether you’re a first-timer or a full-blown professional, everyone is invited into the studio to tap into your inner artist. From our studio in the historic City of Boulder Pottery Lab, established in the 1950’s by Betty Woodman, to our new community art center, we carve out community spaces where people can connect—to themselves, to elemental materials, to raw creativity, and to one another. With hands-on instruction and excellent equipment and facilities within reach, everyone is invited to explore, experiment, and make something all their own. We believe art unlocks something essential in each of us. And we’re here to make sure everyone can get their hands on it.
