My love of jewelry started as a child with my mother taking me to The Little Jewel on Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colorado. She loved jewelry and passed that love on to me. I started learning silver smithing in Seattle, Washington, and fell in love with learning and creating. I began taking as many classes as I possibly could. After the pandemic, we moved back to Colorado to get back to the sun. I love mixing metals — sterling silver and gold. I use recycled silver and gold when available. Most of my work is metalsmithing using a torch and solder, however, I also love to sand cast.
