I was raised in a harbor town on Long Island, New York. I have been creating art ever since I can remember holding a pencil. My inspiration came from my mother who taught and created art every day of her life.  My work, and my intention is to draw you, the viewer, into my colorful world.  

Some pieces are very busy, and some calm. Producing shadow and light, excitement and interest. I believe, each individual piece creates a unique connection between me, the artist, and you, the viewer. Much like how you hear the notes in a song that play in a tune.   

Most days I am either at my home studio or Wilderness Art Studios, In Boulder, CO.  It’s my true passion. Hours fly by as I get absorbed and lost into my work.  I feel as though painting is a form of meditation that I will practice for a lifetime.  My work can be found in homes and businesses throughout the United States, and Europe. I’m also known for my illustrations, along with a published book. Thank you for taking a peak into my creative little world. Commissions are welcome!
