I am a modern figurative artist focused on the female form. With a mix of exacting attention to detail and free flowing, intuitive brush strokes, I’m attempting to blur the lines between the experience and the one experiencing. Underlying this intention are deeper concepts of self acceptance, transformation and healing, although It is my hope that the viewer creates their own narrative based on their own experience and feelings. I want to convey a sense of freedom, exuberance, and playfulness in a way that hopefully touches on the spiritual. To that end, there are no clothes, jewelry or other earthy artifacts to remind of us of the everyday—at times even gravity is in question. Here is an invitation to turn off your head and turn on your heart. I don’t want to know what you think, I want to know what you feel.
