In the age of environmental degradation, and now with a pandemic and social unrest, survival seemingly means something far different than it ever has before. The direct relationships between destruction and existence, violence and peace, and power and oppression are becoming more apparent. My work is inspired by these tensions and often acts as a means of processing the crossroads at which we find ourselves.

With an education in Policy and Social Values, Peace and Conflict Studies, Humanitarian Assistance, and a Masters in Fine Art in Metalsmithing my work seeks to combine my interest in political, environmental, and social justice along with my love of metalsmithing.
