Working with fine silver has allowed me to create different pieces that have further inspired my acrylic mixed media artwork. Geography has inspired both my metalsmithing pieces as well as my paintings. I imagine being suspended above land and water. I am equally inspired by photography. When I sit down to create a piece whether it be metalsmithing or painting I am constantly influenced by my environment. The art I create is the expression of an introvert, who is at one with her surroundings.
