How do I decide which artists to visit? Come to the preview exhibit at the library (see details below) and decide which artists' work you'd like to see more of. Your can purchase a Guidebook at the library or locations listed below to help you locate your favorites. Each Guidebook contains a detailed street map with artist's studio locations.

When is the Preview Exhibit open? View one piece from each Open Studios artist. Mid September through mid October at the Boulder Public Library, 1100 Canyon Boulevard.

Can I visit Open Studios without purchasing a Guidebook? Yes, you can, but buying a Guidebook supports our non-profit organization and provides you with a beautiful 16-month color calendar and detailed map.

Is it possible to visit Open Studios by bike? Yes, our Guidebook containes a detailed map with bicycle routes that are close to many studio locations.

What if I want to purchase a piece at the library exhibit or at an artist's studio? Just contact the artist and pay them directly. Open Studios does not collect commission and all art sales benefit the artists.
